| The China Metro and LRT Research Center of the MOHURD (hereinafter referred to as the ¡°Center¡±) was set up in 1990 and was under the administration of China Academy of Urban Planning and Design in October, 2000. The Secretariat of the Standardized Technical Committee of the National Urban Rail Transit (SAC/TC290), under the jurisdiction of the Urban Rail Transit of the MOHURD, was added to the Center.
