1.Business Development Manager 
Responsibilities:

·Develop and build relationships with key decision makers in the Transport sector including Regional and Local Government departments, Design Institutes, Commercial Developers, Transport Operators, and, International Architectural and Masterplanning Firms
·Identify and pursue new project opportunities with new clients
·Develop relationship and new project opportunities with existing clients
·Identify and pursue opportunities of cross-selling wider SKM capabilities
·Assist with the development of the Business Strategy
·Responsible to implement the Business Plan
·Develop marketing strategy, plans and produce marketing material to assist in implementation of strategy
·Take on the role of Proposal Manager and drive the tendering process
·Responsible to maintain the prospects list

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s of Civil Engineering or related field of study 
·Minimum 10 years of experience in the Transport Planning or related sector 
·Demonstrable Business Development capability track record 
·Strong commercial aptitude and good understanding of the financial element of project proposals 
·Strong relationship building and contact development skill 
·Must have strong writing skills

2.Transport Consultant

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

·Development of and management of transport planning projects involving a range of technical requirements  
·Providing technical leadership on projects, responsible for quality and timeliness of project delivery 
·Project progress reporting and contract documentation
·Communicate with Client Representatives

Requirements:

·Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in transport-related field of study. Preference for Masters Degree in transport planning, traffic engineering or transport management
·Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in at least one of the following: 
  o Traffic Impact Assessments in compliance with regulations in China, including the use of demand forecasting techniques and methodology, car parking analysis, traffic and pedestrian circulation analysis
  o Transport Planning for Developments, including experience of multi-modal planning for medium-large scale urban developments
  o Traffic engineering, particularly in relation to junction design and can demonstrate an appreciation and knowledge of traffic operations in China
  o Development and analysis of strategic and network traffic models, from a city-wide scale to localized developments. Experience of multi-modal modeling would be an advantage
  o Public transport planning specialist with knowledge of best practice in public transport planning including operation, route choice, interchange, etc.
·Hands-on design and project management experience  
·Demonstrable ability to use spreadsheet to process organize and analyze data 
·Good spoken and written English
