摘要：从《城市轨道交通线网规划编制标准》(GB/T 50546—2009)的要求出发，结合《温州市城市快速轨道交通线网规划》的编制实例，对城市轨道交通线网规划年限、范围、依据等编制要素展开探讨。围绕温州市轨道交通线网规划编制思路和方法，提出应注重对城市、综合交通、轨道交通三者之间有机结合的一体关系的分析，强调形成多位一体的城市轨道交通发展战略，并深化交通预测模型的使用，最终促进城市轨道交通线网规划工作的法制化、规范化和科学化。

Thoughts on “Code for Compilation of Urban Railway Network Planning”: A Case Study of Wenzhou Rail Transit Network Planning

Abstract：Based on the “Code for Compilation of Urban Railway Network Planning”(GB/T 50546—2009), this paper discusses the key contents of the specification such as targeted planning time, scope and principles of urban rail transit network planning through a case study of Wenzhou Rail Transit Network Planning. Focusing on the guiding principle and methodologies of Wenzhou rail transit network planning, the paper points out that to promote standardized and effective urban rail transit network planning, it is necessary to emphasize the relationship between the city comprehensive transportation system and rail transit, and the integrated development strategies of urban rail transit, as well as the usage of transportation forecasting model.
