摘要：传统的城市道路设计多以满足机动车交通需求为核心，不仅缺少对交通主体——“人”的关注，也不利于实现城市的可持续发展。首先从城市用地、道路空间、路权分配、交通设计、风貌控制等方面对城市道路设计提出基本要求。在此基础上，对城市道路规划设计流程进行重新梳理，提出传统的路网规划与土木工程设计之间应融入“概念设计”环节，交通设计、道路空间综合布局和道路附属设施设计是其中的重要内容。最后，以《深圳市城市道路建设指引》为例，阐述如何将所提出的城市道路设计要点应用于整个编制过程。

Key Points in Urban Roadway Design

Abstract：Conventional urban roadway design often focuses on motorized traffic demand, ignores roadway users’ needs, which does not help the sustainable urban development. This paper first discusses the basic requirements of urban roadway design in several aspects: land use, road space, right-of-way allocation, transportation design, landscape control, and etc. By examining the existing methodology for urban roadway design, the paper stresses that the “concept design” should be introduced between conventional roadway network planning and civil engineering design, which integrates the key components of space and facilities of transportation. Finally, taking “urban roadway construction guidelines in Shenzhen City” as an example, the paper elaborates how to prepare the guideline using the proposed urban roadway design methodology.
