城市道路交通工程设计技术方法的完善及实践

摘要:道路交通工程设计在规划设计阶段的缺失,使其往往成为缓解道路交通拥堵的补救措施。为此,提出建立规划、设计、建设、管理一体化的城市道路交通工程设计技术方法的总体框架,包括功能定位分析、交通组织优化、详细交通设计、实施保障4个阶段。结合苏州、南昌、海口、北川等地开展的一系列道路交通工程设计实践,探讨各个阶段工作的总体思路和具体技术方法。实践表明,通过道路交通工程设计将规划阶段和施工实施阶段无缝衔接,有助于确保规划理念在实施阶段全面落实。

Improvement and Practice in Urban Traffic Engineering Design

Abstract:Lack of detailed traffic engineering design during roadway planning and design stage often leads to urban congestion problems that need remedy solutions from traffic engineering. To address the problem, this paper proposes an urban road traffic engineering design methodology that can be integrated into transportation planning, design, construction and management. The four stage framework of the methodology includes: functional analysis, management and optimization, detailed traffic engineering design, and implementation warrant. Based on the practice of road traffic engineering design in Suzhou, Nanchang, Haikou and Beichuan, the paper discusses the general idea and detailed methodologies in each stage. The implementation results show that the integration of road traffic engineering design in transportation planning and construction stage is helpful for the comprehensive implementation of planning objectives.
