摘要：住房和城乡建设部批准发布的《城市轨道交通线网规划 编制标准》(GB/T 50546—2009，以下简称《标准》)已于2010 年4 月1 日起实施，对其主要条文内容进行解读有助于宣贯《标准》和 指导城市轨道交通线网规划编制工作。作为技术性标准，指出其 内容定位于城市轨道交通线网规划层面，重点突出规划编制内 容、编制深度、编制程序和关键环节的技术要求。阐述了《标准》 编制的重点任务，即规划编制的内容与程序、基础资料的获取、规 划范围和年限、用地控制规划、技术术语与指标等。最后，对《标 准》的主要条文内容进行详细解释和分析。

Specification of Urban Rail Transit Network Planning

Abstract：“Code for Compilation of Urban Railway Network Planning”( GB/T 50546—2009) released by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People’s Republic of China has come into effect on April 1st, 2010. Understanding the key contents of the code is helpful in publicizing and promoting this document, and in guiding the urban rail transit network planning. Consider the code being a technical specification, this paper discusses the aspects of code in urban trail transit network planning, and focuses on the planning content, depth, application procedure, and key technical standards of the code. Additionally, the paper introduces the main tasks, planning content and procedure, sources of the basic information, scope and time-frame of the planning, control of land use, technical terms and etc. Lastly, the paper offers a detailed analysis and explanation to the key elements of the code.
