摘要：总结归纳了影响道路交通安全的因素：道路交通设施、季节、气候等。以滨海大道和机场大道为例，依据道路主体工程和交通量，分析了交通事故成因，同时提出了相应的整改措施。科学认识了道路交通事故的诱发因素，指出了驾驶人群体性质的变化和驾驶人在驾驶过程中感官的极限性对交通安全的影响，从而提出道路规划设计要“以人为本”，行车安全应以“预防为主”的理念。

The Analysis of Traffic Accident Based on Traffic Safety Elements

Abstract: This paper summarizes the factors that influence road-traffic safety. Those factors include road facilities, seasons, and weather. Taking Binhai Road and Aerodrome Road for example, and according to major road projects and traffic volumes, this paper analyzes the causes of traffic accidents, and thus brings up some countermeasures to improve traffic safety. Through a scientific reasoning of the causes of traffic accidents, the paper further points out that the changes of drivers'characteristics as well as the limitations of drivers'consciousness in driving play a role in inducing traffic accidents. Therefore, road planning and design should be done in a manner that is human-oriented, and traffic safety improvement should be based on prevention strategies.
