摘要：为了优化城市交通结构，探索自行车交通在重庆市的发展途径，对重庆市主城区自行车交通系统进行规划。首先，针对主城区的山地城市特征，从城市及交通发展特点出发，研究分析发展自行车交通系统的必要性及可行性。然后，提出“服务特定区域，满足中短距离出行；接驳公共交通，完善出行网络”的功能定位，以及“两个网络”(公共交通接驳网络、局部区域自行车出行网络)、“一个特色”(特色景观自行车线路)的发展模式。最后，提出重庆市主城区自行车交通系统规划方案并进行实践，为同类山地城市自行车交通系统发展提供了有益借鉴。

Planning and Implementation of Bicycle Transportation System in Center Area of Chongqing

Abstract：In order to optimize the transportation system and explore the way of promoting bicycle usage in the center area of Chongqing, the bicycle transportation system in Chongqing has been planned. Firstly, focusing on the characteristics of this mountainous city and its development and traffic demand, this paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the bicycle transportation system. Then, the paper puts forward the system functionality of “the targeted service area and serving short-middle distance travel demand; connecting public transit and improving travel network”. The development objective of “two networks” (one for connecting public transit, the other for local bicycle travel) and “one characteristic” (tourism-characterized bicycle route) are also proposed. Finally, the paper recommends the planning scheme of bicycle transportation system in central area of Chongqing that is to be implemented, which offers a benchmark to develop a bicycle transportation system in other mountainous cities with similar transportation characteristics.
