摘要：对法国大里昂都市区Vélo’v系统进行概述，内容包括服务终端、停车桩和自行车设施，租借方法和价格，信息化特征，成本和收入等。分析了租赁点的类型、定位依据和点位布设方法。然后，从各区的自行车租借特征、租借次数、居民出行方式转变和满意度方面，结合调查数据阐述了Vélo’v系统的实施效果。最后，介绍了大里昂都市区自行车服务的推广方针，意在指出，公共自行车系统是自行车交通服务的一部分，城市为一切自行车出行创造条件才是发展之道。

Bike Sharing System in Lyon

Abstract：This paper presents an overview of the bike sharing system in Vélo’v, the Greater Lyon Metro Area, including service terminals, racks, bikes, bike rental and return, rental pricing, information-based features, costs and revenues, etc. Through an analysis of the system’s approach to determining the location and size of a rental station, the paper then discusses, according to survey data, the performances of the system in terms of rental characteristics, number of rentals, citizen’s travel mode shifting, and renters’ satisfaction for all areas. The paper concludes with remarks on guidelines to promote the Lyon system, in the hope to make clear that a bike sharing system is only a part of the entire bike traffic services, and that to meet the needs of all bike trips is the only right way towards a sustainable development.
