摘要：概述了城市交通系统具有系统性、网络性、动静结合性、立体综合性、容量限制性等基本特征，从交通系统的服务水平、交通系统对城市建设的影响，以及城市建设对交通系统的影响三个角度，论述了城市交通系统的综合评价内容。

Abstract: This paper summarizes basic characters of systematicness, network, move-still combination, capacity limitation of urban transport system. It discusses the contents of comprehensive evaluation on urban transport system from sevice level and the reciprocity between transport system and city construction.
