城市步行交通系统规划方法

摘要:我国城市步行交通系统问 题日益凸显,亟须探索符合城市可 持续交通发展的步行交通系统规 划设计方法。采用理论研究与案 例分析相结合的方法,从三个层面 阐述了步行系统的规划方法和规 划要点。宏观层面,解决步行交通 系统的连续性问题,结合步行分区 和集计模型考虑步行主出行链的 出行需求;中观层面,考虑不同类 型步行子系统中的次出行链;微观 层面,结合非集计模型考虑步行支 出行链的行人随机行为。最后,指 出城市步行交通系统的发展趋势。

A Methodology for Urban Pedestrian System Planning

Abstract:With respect to the issues pertaining to urban pedestrian system, there is a need to develop pedestrian system planning and design methodologies that are appropriate for urban sustainable transportation developments. Based on theoretical researches and case studies, this paper elaborates procedures and outlines for pedestrian system planning on three hierarchical levels. First, at a macro-level, continuation between pedestrian systems is focused, and the travel demand from pedestrian’s main trip-chains is considered across pedestrian zones through aggregation; second, at a meso-level, the secondary trip-chains of different types of pedestrian sub-systems are addressed; and third, at a micro-level, the random behavior of pedestrian’ s tertiary trip-chains is taken into account by disaggregation. Finally, the paper presents development trends of pedestrian system.
