摘要： 《佛山市交通发展白皮书》(以下简称“《白皮 书》”)是中国首个地级市正式发布的交通白皮书，同时 也标志着佛山市交通发展将进入一个全新的阶段。在 明确《白皮书》定位、作用与意义的基础上，对《白皮书》 的总体框架、发展愿景目标与策略、四大战略任务、六项 重大政策、九大行动纲领的要点进行介绍。对健康交 通、用地开发、统筹决策、广佛同城等重点内容，以及品 质公交、倡导准则、回馈交通以及民生交通等特色内容 进行解读。

Overview ofWhite Paper on Foshan Transport Development

Abstract： The“White Paper on Foshan Transport Development” is the first transportation document officially issued by a local jurisdictional city in China, which signals a new era of Foshan transportation development. By outlining the roles, functionalities and importance of the White Paper, this article introduces the general framework, development goals and strategies, four strategic tasks, six key policies and nine action plans of the White Paper. Focusing on the key contents and characteristics of the White Paper, the article discusses the healthy transportation, land use development, comprehensive decision- making, Guangfo city, high-quality public transportation, basic principles, public participation and human-oriented transportation system.
