VISSIM仿真在单向交通组织方案比选与评价中的应用

摘要: 单向交通组织具有缓解交通拥堵、便于实施的优势,但由此带来的绕行、末端压力等交通负 担可能会降低更大范围内的交通效率。因此,有必要基于微观交通仿真软件VISSIM 的功能及特 点,开发出对道路单向交通系统进行方案比选与仿真评价的具体方法,并在西安市唐延路单向交通 系统中进行实践。首先对比现状交通与实施单向交通组织仿真模型中的交通效率,证明实施单向交 通组织可缓解交通拥堵。其次,针对仿真模型中存在的冲突点提出改善方案。最后,通过方案比选 获得最优交通组织方式。实践证明,该方法可以直观、定量、准确地模拟并优化单向交通组织中的 单行定向、系统末端交通设计、系统信号控制方案设计及交叉口渠化等设计环节,为单向交通组织 方案设计、比选和优化提供科学依据。

Application of VISSIM Simulation on Evaluation of One-way Traffic Plans

Abstract: The implementation of One-way traffic system is encouraged to some degree due to its function in relieving congestion and wide applicability, however, it may also result in a long-distance detour and increasing traffic pressures at end- point zones which would consequently harm traffic efficiency in other hand. Therefore, development of simulation-based methodology to evaluate one-way traffic plans turns to be a critical issue which is expected to avoid impolicy in decision making. This paper addressed a simulation tool based on VISSIM platform to assess the impacts of Tangyan Road one-way system in Xi’an. Firstly, the comparison of the simulation output with surveyed data reveals that one-way system is able to release traffic congestion to some degree, and then, several plans are further proposed for coping with conflict points detected by simulation. The main findings suggest that the proposed methodology is able to simulate and evaluate the one-way traffic plans as well as optimizing traffic organization plan, signal plan, and intersection channelization that are function in assisting decision making and proposal selection of oneway traffic plan.
