世界级城市群目标下京津冀机场群发展策略

摘要: 京津冀机场群在航空资源和需求分布上极度不均衡,北京首都机场门户枢纽功能相对薄弱, 不足以支撑京津冀打造世界级城市群的发展目标。结合世界级城市群的机场群发展经验,应对未来 京津冀城市群发展要求和航空需求的增长趋势,判断北京新机场建设对京津冀主要机场发展态势的 影响,并从区域协同和提升国际门户功能两个角度研究未来京津冀机场群格局。最后,强调对京津 冀机场发展进行主动调控,实现北京首都机场、北京新机场、天津滨海机场、石家庄正定机场四个 主要机场的差异化发展,并强化提升机场综合交通枢纽功能。

Airports Development Strategies in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, a World-Class Cluster of Metropolitan Areas

Abstract: Due to the imbalanced resources and demand among airports in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the current Beijing airport is weak in gateway functionality, which cannot support the goal of developing world- class cluster of cities. Learning from the experience of airport cluster development in world class metropolitan areas and considering future regional development and air travel demand growth, this paper discusses the impact of new Beijing airport on the main airports development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan areas. The paper predicts the future airports developments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan areas based on the perspectives of regional coordination and enhancing international gateway functionality. Finally, the paper emphasizes the importance of actively regulating the development and differentiating functionalities of the four major airports in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan areas, and strengthening intermodal transportation at all airports in the region.
