有轨电车系统安全性分析

摘要: 中国关于有轨电车系统特点和适应性的探讨较多,对其安全性并未进行系统的阐述。通过对 国外有轨电车安全的研究和统计资料的调查梳理,比较有轨电车与其他交通方式的安全性。分析有 轨电车事故类型以及各种事故发生频度、危害性、事故主要发生地点分布特征。从技术、人和管理 3 个方面探讨影响有轨电车安全性的重要因素。最后,总结西方发达国家有轨电车安全保障经验, 并为提升中国有轨电车系统的安全提出相应建议。

Safety of Tramcar System

Abstract: While the majority studies on the tramcar system in China have been focused on the characteristics and adaptability, little systematic review has conducted on its safety. Through investigating tramcar safety in other countries, this paper compares the safety of tramcar with other travel modes, and then analyzes the accident type, frequency, severity and location of tramcar accidents. The key accident influential causes are discussed from aspects of technology, human factor and management. Finally, the paper propose the safety improvement strategies for the tramcar system in China based on the tramcar safety lessons learned from western countries.
