综合交通枢纽地区对外集疏运体系配置方法

摘要: 如何在综合交通枢纽地区相对有限的空间内构建同时满足枢纽和周边地区开发的集疏运系 统,是城市管理者、规划者的关注热点。结合综合交通枢纽的城市功能拓展,立足于枢纽地区的交 通需求特征,分析其客流具有城市群及都市区、连绵发展区、周边开发区范围三个层面的圈层特 征。在此基础上提出构建快速到发层、连绵通达层、内部衔接层三层次对外集疏运体系的规划技术 路线、需求预测方法、配置原则与要求。以上海虹桥综合交通枢纽地区对外集疏运体系的优化为例 进行方法应用,道路快速集疏运系统的效果分析验证了配置方法的合理性和适应性。

Distributing System Planning for Multimodal Hub District

Abstract: How to develop a distributing system for the multimodal hub district with relatively limited space and surrounding land use development demand has become a hot topic of discussion for urban planners and administrations. Based on the hub city's functionality expansion and transportation demand characteristics, this paper analyzes the passenger flow characteristics in three areas: urban clusters and metropolitan area, megalopolis, and surrounding development areas. The paper proposes the planning techniques, demand forecasting methods, principles and requirements for developing a distributing system under three levels, namely, fast arrival/departure, continuous access, and internal connection. Taking the distributing system improvement of Hongqiao hub in Shanghai as an example, the paper presents the suitability and feasibility by good performance of the rapid distributing system.
