中等城市绿色交通发展水平评价

摘要: 建立一套完善的绿色交通评价体系是解决中等城市面临交通问题的关键。首先分析以往的交 通评价方法以及存在的不足。综合考虑客运和货运需求,建立中等城市绿色交通发展水平评价指标 体系并界定相关评价标准。应用AHP-熵值法确定指标权重,提出基于集成云模型和物元分析理论 的中等城市绿色交通发展水平综合评价方法。最后,对河源市绿色交通发展水平进行评价。结果表 明:该评价方法原理简单,考虑定性和定量指标,能全面反映城市绿色交通发展的现状和趋势。

Evaluation of Green Transportation Development in Medium-Sized Cities

Abstract: The establishment of a comprehensive green transportation evaluation system is the key to solve transportation problems in medium-sized cities. First, this paper addresses the limitations of the existing transportation evaluation approaches. By taking both passenger and freight traffic into account, the paper develops an evaluation index system which consists of a series of criteria. The AHP-entropy method is then employed to weight different criteria, and then according to the integrated cloud model and matter-element theory, the paper also proposes the green transportation development evaluation model for mediumsized cities. By evaluating the green transportation development level for Heyuan City, the results indicate that the proposed methodology is easy-use which is able to represent both qualitative and quantitative indicators, and can reflect the general status and trend of urban green transportation development.
