摘要： 轨道交通功能布局规划确定轨道交通发展的基本框架，是轨道交通线网规划与发展协调决策 的重要基础。实际规划中亟须加强对其重视程度及编制规范性。以城市与多层次轨道交通互动发展 为主线，结合相关规范要求，提出轨道交通功能布局规划的基本思路，包含制定总体目标、构思联 系走廊、拟出概念架构、协调层次布局、形成功能方案等五个方面。以深圳市为例，说明多层次轨 道交通体系功能布局规划要点，归纳总结具有推广意义的轨道交通功能布局规划模式。

Functional Layout Planning of Multi-Level Urban Rail Transit System: A Case Study in Shenzhen

Abstract： The functional layout planning of rail transit system determines the basic framework of urban rail transit development, which is a critical issue in both planning process of rail transit network and decision- making process of development and coordination. Thus, the importance and standardization of functional layout planning in urban rail planning is recommended to be highlighted. Focusing on the development of multi-level rail transit system, this paper presents the techniques of urban rail transit functional layout planning, including confirm objectives, design corridors, develop the framework, coordinate the hierarchy and layout, and propose the plan. Shenzhen is then taking as the case to better illustrate the proposed framework and methodology of functional layout planning of multi-level rail transit system and summarizes the mode of functional layout planning of rail transit.
