大型主题活动客流组织仿真评价及优化研究

摘要:为定量化评价大型主题活动期间行人交通系统规划、设计与管理的合理性,从实际工程应用出发,构建以Legion行人交通仿真软件为基础的客流组织评价及优化方法。该方法以设施服务水平为主要评价指标,包含基础数据调查与分析、模型构建与参数标定、仿真结果输出与分析、整体及局部优化等关键步骤。将其应用于第九届中国(北京)国际园林博览会客流组织方案的评价与优化,通过采取优化措施使园区高密度区域的客流比例从13%降至5%。该方法对于定量评价行人设施规划、设计及不同客流组织方案的实施效果具有良好的适用性。

Optimizing Massive Pedestrian Traffic Flow during Major Event

Abstract:In order to quantitatively evaluate effectiveness of pedestrian transportation system planning and design as well as pedestrian traffic control system during the large event, this paper develops an evaluation method based on Legion pedestrian simulation software. Using the facility’s level of service as main evaluation indicator, this study has developed and calibrated a pedestrian flow model based on the collected data and simulation results analysis, which can optimize the traffic flow at both aggregated and disaggregated level. This method was used to evaluate the traffic control strategies at the 9th China (Beijing) International Garden Expo, which shows that by optimizing traffic flow, pedestrian volume at the high density Garden Expo area dropped from 13% to 5%. This method proves to be efficient in quantitatively evaluating pedestrian facility’s traffic control options.
