摘要： 全球城市被视为城市发展的高级形态和国际化的高端形态，亦被看作全球经济的重要节点和 载体。上海市作为崛起中的全球城市，在交通基础设施及服务水平建设方面有待提升。结合时代背 景与城市总体规划要求，选取纽约、伦敦、巴黎、东京等4 个全球城市进行对标研究。其中城市对 外交通系统重点对标评估铁路、航空、水运、高速公路等基础设施发展水平，城市内部重点对标评 估道路网络、轨道交通、市域铁路、公共汽(电)车等。总结上海市各类交通基础设施存在的不足和 主要矛盾，探索符合全球城市定位的综合交通建设路径。

Shanghai's Transportation Infrastructure Benchmarking Against Its Global Counterparts

Abstract： Global city is regarded as the advanced form of city development and internationalization, and also the important node and carrier of the global economy. There remains room for Shanghai, a rising global city, to improve its transportation infrastructure facilities and service. Based on the current development background and the requirement of the urban planning, this paper chooses four global cities for benchmark study, including New York, London, Paris and Tokyo. The key points of evaluation in the external transportation system of the city lie in the development level of infrastructure of railway, air transportation, water transportation, expressway, and etc. Internally, the emphases rest with roadway network, rail transit, metropolitan rail transit, bus, trolley bus, and etc. The paper summarizes the shortcomings and major contradictions existing in different kinds of transportation infrastructure facilities in Shanghai, and explores the route to develop integrated transportation that conforms to its positioning as a global city.
