面向可达性的全过程公共交通网络规划方法

摘要: 公共交通作为城市机动化出行的主体地位日益凸显,亟须建立面向可达性的公共交通网络优 化方法和路径。在梳理现状公共交通可达性不足引发的主要问题的基础上,分析公共交通可达性演 变机理。以耦合城市空间结构、提升公共交通可达性为切入点,构建基于可达性的公共交通网络规 划体系框架。最后,从战略管控、协同共治、精细实施、动态导控等方面明确面向可达性的公共交 通网络规划实施路径与核心要点。

Access-Oriented Public Transit Network Planning

Abstract: Because of public transit's increasingly prominent role in urban transportation, it is necessary to develop the optimization and routing methods for the access-oriented public transit network. By analyzing the main problems caused by inadequate accessibility of public transportation, this paper discusses the evolution of public transit accessibility. Focusing on urban spatial structure and improving public transportation accessibility, the paper develops a framework of public transit network planning based on accessibility. Finally, the paper presents the public transit network planning and implementation method and critical issues in strategic control, coordinated management, detailed implementation, dynamic real-time control, and etc.
