山地城市高铁站选址规划方法

摘要: 高铁站是服务于铁路沿线居民的重要节点工程,其选址直接影响到旅客的出行效益,并与城 市的用地开发和空间拓展息息相关。现状高铁站选址主要考虑技术经济指标,社会效益分析相对不 足。针对山地城市,筛选高铁站选址的关键影响因素,包括场地条件、城市空间结构、站点至城市 中心的时空距离、周边道路交通条件和工程量。构建直接反映选址方案优劣的评价指标体系。考虑 山地城市在用地开发、配套道路建设、拆迁工程等方面的不确定性,提出改进的综合评价方法。渝 万沿江城际铁路丰都站的实例表明,该选址方法能够综合协调各方利益,提升社会整体效益。

Site Selection of High-Speed Railway Station in Mountain Cities

Abstract: High-speed railway station is an important node project serving the residents along the railway. Its location has a direct impact on the travel benefits of passengers, and is closely related to urban land development and spatial expansion. Current location of high-speed railway station mainly considers technical and economic indicators, and the social benefit analysis is relatively insufficient. Focusing on the mountain cities, this paper identifies the key factors influencing selection of high-speed railway station, such as site conditions, urban spatial structure, time and distance from railway station to urban center, traffic conditions of surrounding roadways, and the quantity of construction engineering. An evaluation index system directly reflecting the advantages and disadvantages of selection scheme is developed. Considering the uncertainty in land use development, supporting roadway construction, removal engineering in mountain cities, the paper proposes an improved comprehensive evaluation method. The case study of Fengdu station of Chongqing-Wanzhou riverside intercity railway shows that the method can comprehensively coordinate the interests of all parties and improve the overall social benefits.
