昆明市中心城区自行车交通网络构建

摘要: 自行车交通作为绿色交通的重要组成部分备受国内众多大城市关注,但是传统的以定性为主 的规划方法已无法满足当今自行车交通发展需求。在此背景下,立足昆明城市特色和交通发展现 况,以GIS 地理信息系统和空间句法软件为手段,考虑交通聚集程度、地区功能定位、大中型公共 服务设施服务半径、交通设施条件、骑行坡度等影响因子,构建交通评价模型,辅助自行车交通分 区分级划定及线网布局。从量化分析的视角探索城市自行车交通网络规划的路径与方法,是一次 “以数据定规划”的新尝试。

Bicycle Transportation System in Kunming Central District

Abstract: As an important part of urban green transportation, bicycle transportation has been paid much attention in many large cities in China. However, the traditional qualitative-based planning method seems to be unable to meet the needs of bicycle transportation development. Based on urban characteristics and transportation development in Kunming, this paper uses GIS tools and spatial syntax software to develop a transportation evaluation model which integrates factors such as transportation aggregation degree, local functionalities, service area of large- and medium-sized public facilities, transportation facilities, and riding slope. The method can provide assist in the classification and layout of bicycle transportation zones. The paper provides a new method for urban bicycle transportation planning based on quantitative analysis, which is an exploration on data-based planning.
