摘要： 在构建以人为本的城市综合交通体系背景下，学校周边交通环境整治尤为重要。以北京市副 中心史家小学通州分校、玉桥中学两所学校为例，通过场地调研与部门访谈，识别玉桥东路、梨园 中街、梨园北街等重点通学路径，分析发现校门前交通秩序混乱、非机动交通环境缺少精细化设 计、缺少相关标志等问题。针对现状问题，制定分离机非流线、改善行人过街、压缩机动车空间和 增设标志标线等整治策略，并提出保障项目落地实施的措施建议。

Traffic Environment Improvement Around Primary and Middle Schools: A Case Study of Two Schools in Beijing Sub-Center

Abstract： To develop a people-oriented urban comprehensive transportation system, it is particularly essential to improve the traffic environment around schools. Taking Tongzhou branch of Shijia Primary School and Yuqiao Middle School in the Beijing sub-center as examples, through site investigation and department interviews, this paper identifies the major school-routes, such as Yuqiao East Road, Liyuan Middle Street, and Liyuan North Street. The paper finds several challenges, such as traffic chaos in front of the school, lack of detailed design of non- motorized traffic environment, inadequate relevant traffic signs, and etc. Based on the current problems, the paper provides suggestions on improving traffic environment around schools in several aspects: separating motorized and non-motorized traffic, improving pedestrian crossing and decreasing vehicle right of way, adding traffic signs, and etc. Finally, the paper put forwards measures to ensure the effective implementation of the project.
