美国基于面域的骑行性测评体系比较研究

摘要: 在全球持续关注骑行交通的形势下,对城市骑行环境的评价也成为发展绿色交通的关键,然 而中国尚无统一的测评体系来评价城市的骑行性水平。对美国两种最具代表性的基于面域的骑行性 测评体系——城市骑行指数和PFB城市评级进行详细对比研究。深入分析和比较两种测评体系的评 价目的、标准和应用场景,总结两种测评体系的特征和差异。最后,结合中国自行车交通的发展特 征和城市环境特点,对制定基于网络和数据分析的面域骑行性测评体系提出相应建议。

Regional Bike Rideability Assessment System in the United States

Abstract: With continuously focusing on cycling transportation in the world, the assessment of urban cycling environment has become a key factor for the development of green transportation. At present time, however, there is still no uniform assessment system in China to evaluate a city's level of bike rideability. Therefore, the paper conducts a detailed comparative study of the two most representative area-based assessment systems in the United States – bike score and city rating of PeopleForBikes (PFB). By analyzing and comparing the assessment objectives, standards and application scenarios of the two assessment systems, the paper summarizes the characteristics and differences between them. Finally, the paper proposes how to develop the regional bike rideability assessment systems based on network and data analysis, which tailors to the characteristics of bicycle transportation development and urban environment in China.
