摘要： 城市街道是以人民为中心的多功能复合公共空间，街道的服务应回归人的本体。在福州南街 综合提升改造项目中，着力改善各种交通方式的通行环境、商业生活的可达性，创造街道美学价 值。在片区范围内重新梳理南街周边道路的交通组织，提升街区整体通行效率。在既定的存量空间 内，按照行人、非机动车、公共汽车、私人汽车的优先级顺序分配道路空间资源，并统筹协调地上 地下空间功能划分。改造项目完善了南街的公共空间属性，带来了经济繁荣、土地价值提升和人民 的幸福感。

Public Space Construction of Nanjie Street in Fuzhou

Abstract： Urban street is a multi- functional public space, which should be people- oriented. Through the comprehensive improvement of Nanjie Street in Fuzhou, the project improves the travel environment of different travel modes, the accessibility of commercial facilities, and the street aesthetic value. The traffic system surrounding Nanjie Street is rearranged to improve the efficiency. Based on the existing space limitation, this paper allocates street space to pedestrian, non-motorized vehicles, public transit, and private vehicles successively, and coordinates the functions of underground and overground spaces as well. The project improves the public space of Nanjie Street, and brings economic prosperity, land value increasing, and people's happiness.
