国际性区域中心城市的交通引领与区域协同 ——中国城市交通发展论坛第25 次研讨会

摘要: 为探究国际性区域中心城市的交通发展战略和经验,实现交通引领和区域协同发展,中国城 市交通发展论坛2020 年第1 次(总第25 次)研讨会于2020 年11 月13 日在昆明召开。本次论坛由深圳 市城市交通规划设计研究中心有限公司云南分院承办,论坛主题为“国际性区域中心城市的交通引 领与区域协同”。在经济全球化、区域一体化背景下,中国很多城市明确提出要建成国际性区域中 心城市的战略目标,区域协同是其实现的必然路径。国际性区域中心城市应该重视和加强与周边城 市协同,建设一个强大的城市群,提升全球资源集聚能力和区域辐射能力,以提升区域整体竞争 力。同时应加快构建便捷顺畅的城市群一体化交通网,推进干线铁路、城际铁路、市域(郊)铁路、 城市轨道交通融合发展,强化对周边城市的带动作用。

Transportation-Oriented Development and Regional Coordination of the Core Area in International Metropolitan Area: Highlight of the 25th Urban Transportation Development Forum in China

Abstract: Aimed to discuss the transportation development strategies and experience, the 25th Urban Transportation Development Forum in China took place in Kunming on November 13, 2020 by Kunming Branch, Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center Co., Ltd. The central theme of the forum is the Transportation- Oriented Development and Regional Coordination of the Core Area in International Metropolitan Area. Facing the economy globalization and regional integration, many Chinese cities have made the developing an international core cities a strategic goal and the regional coordination as the critical path to achieve such goal. Regional core cities must value and strengthen the coordination with surrounding cities to build a strong cluster of cities, which can improve global resource agglomeration capabilities and enhance the regional competitiveness. It is necessary to develop an integrated and effectively connected transportation network within the cluster, and improve the coordination development among the arterial railways, intercity railways, metropolitan (suburban) railways, and urban rail transit, which leads the development of surrounding cities.
