摘要：山地城市建筑项目的高强度开发与亟待改善的道路交通之间矛盾突出，亟须拟定道路交通改善与建筑项目开发一体化策略，促使建筑项目与道路交通协调发展。从建筑项目开发与交通改善措施的结合点出发，围绕减少道路交通量和提高道路通行能力两方面探讨道路交通改善的主要措施。总结了10项建筑项目开发与交通改善的一体化策略，包括用地控制、与交通设施结合等内容。最后指出，在城市道路交通与建筑项目的协同工作中，应根据具体情况选择采用可行性较强的措施。

Integrated Strategies of Transportation Improvement and City Development Projects for Cities Situated in Mountains

Abstract：Concerning the unbalanced development between general structural construction projects and the roadways for cities situated in mountainous areas, it is necessary to have the integrated strategies to promote the coordinated development. This paper suggests that combining city development with traffic improvement projects can increase roadway capacity and reduce travel demand. The paper summarizes ten integrated strategies in land use control and integration of transportation facilities, and other practices. Finally, the author points out that the strategies should be implemented according to the real world cases in the coordination with urban transportation and city development projects.
