区域城际轨道交通功能定位与建设标准

摘要:针对我国缺少区域城际轨道交通线网规划设计标准的现状, 对比分析了区域城际轨道交通与铁路、城市轨道交通的区别,明确了区域城际轨道交通的功能定位和特征。在总结长三角、珠三角、中原城市群、长株潭4 个既有城际 轨道交通线网规划实例的基础上, 分析了各城市群城际轨道交通线 网功能层次和建设标准的差异性及其形成原因。最后,以速度目标值作为功能层次划分依据,将区域 城际轨道交通划分为高速城际线、 快速城际线和普速城际线三类。 同时,分析不同速度目标值对应的合理站间距,对区域城际轨道交通的建设标准给出建议。

Regional Intercity Rail Transit: Functionalities and Construction Standard

Abstract:Concerning on the lack of the design standard in the regional intercity rail transit network planning, this paper outlines the functionalities and characteristics of regional intercity rail transit by comparing the difference between a regional intercity railway system and the urban rail transit system. By summarizing the existing intercity rail transit network planning in Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta, the cluster of urban areas in Zhongyuan and Chang-Zhu-Tan, the paper points out the differences in functionalities and construction standard of the intercity rail transit, and discusses the cause of these differences. While classifying the regional intercity rail transit services as the high speed lines, express lines and regular lines, the paper makes few suggestions on the reasonable station spacing for the rail transit services with different speed.
