微循环理论与支路交通

摘要:为了探寻微循环理论对交 通规划、支路网规划的借鉴意义, 在定义微循环、支路、支路网之后, 回顾了以微循环和交通规划为主 题的中、英文学术文献,讨论了微 循环理论作为支路网规划指南的 适用性以及支路网规划应遵循的 指导原则。研究结果表明,支路网 交通具有自身发展的内在规律,这 些规律决定了微循环理论对交通 规划、支路网规划只能起到有限的 作用;一个科学理性的支路网规 划,应基于对其内在规律的客观、 科学研究,而不是简单套用微循环 等外来理论。基于此,给出了支路 网规划的7条原则。

Theory of Microcirculation and Traffic on Local Roads

Abstract:To explore the application potential of microcirculation theory to transportation planning, especially local road network planning, this paper reviews the past studies (in both Chinese and English) on the subject, defines the terms of microcirculation and local road network, and discusses the applicability of the microcirculation theory to local road network planning as well as the principles for local road network planning. The results presented in this paper indicate that the development of local road network follows its own patterns. These endogenous development patterns limit the application of microcirculation theory to transportation and local road network planning. A rational local road network planning should be based on its endogenous development patterns, not on the exogenous microcirculation theory. Having said that, the paper presents seven principles for local road network planning.
