摘要： 上海市虹桥综合交通枢纽和虹桥商务区的规划、建设与运营具有示范意义。通过回顾二者的 交通发展历程、交通需求、交通状况与当前交通矛盾，判断未来虹桥综合交通枢纽及虹桥商务区发 展趋势。对虹桥高铁站线路过于集聚、商务区发展预见不足规划滞后、商务区核心区设置大型会展 中心等造成的问题进行反思。总结虹桥综合交通枢纽及虹桥商务区的成功经验与重要教训，进一步 科学指引中国大型综合交通枢纽及周边商务区的发展。

A Review on the Ten-Year's Development of Hongqiao Terminal and Hongqiao Central Business District

Abstract： The planning, construction and operation experience of Shanghai Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Terminal and Hongqiao Business District is of special significance as a demonstration. By reviewing the development history, demands, status quo, and current problems of the two areas' transportation, this paper discusses the future development trend of Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Terminal and Hongqiao Business District. The paper analyzes the problems in the development process in several aspects: over- concentrated railway lines at Hongqiao High-Speed Railway Station, the shortsightedness and the backward planning of the business district, and the establishment of a large-scale convention and exhibition center in the core area of the business district. Finally, the paper summarizes the experience and lessons of Hongqiao Integrated Transportation Terminal and Hongqiao Business District, which can further effectively guide the development of China's large- scale integrated transportation terminals and surrounding business districts.
