场景目标导向的交通信号控制效能评价指标体系

摘要: 制定科学合理的交通信号控制效能评价指标体系,对于信号控制方案的综合测评与改善具有 重大意义。由于不同场景的交通运行特征各异,以场景目标为导向进行指标选取有利于抓住主要矛 盾、凝练关键评价指标。通过对交通场景的核心特征进行分析,将城市道路划分为多方式交通、非 饱和交通、过饱和交通三大类共14 种典型交通场景,并凝练基础性、系统性两大类共6 类场景的信 号控制目标。考虑完备性、实用性与可行性三项指标制定原则,针对每一个典型交通场景构建评价 指标集。所构建的指标重视与交通场景、信号控制目标的紧密联系,具有更好的实际应用与推广能 力,既适用于具体场景也适用于整体交通系统的综合评价。

Evaluation System for Traffic Signal Design Based on Scenario Objectives

Abstract: It is critically important to develop an assessing system that is based on the scientific principles for the comprehensive evaluation and improvement of traffic signal control plan. Due to different operation characteristics associated with different signal design scenarios, the selection of evaluation indicators based on scenario objectives can better target the main problems with key evaluation indicators. Through analysis of the main characteristics of different scenarios, this paper groups urban road transportation into 14 typical traffic scenarios under three traffic conditions - multimode transportation, unsaturated traffic and oversaturated traffic flow, which leads to six signal control objectives under the fundamental and systematic classifications. Considering the principles of completeness, practicability and feasibility, the paper constructs the evaluation index for each typical traffic scenario. The constructed index attaches importance to the close connection with the scenario and the signal control target, and has better practical application and promotion capabilities, which is suitable for both specific scenarios and comprehensive evaluation.
