都市圈公共交通服务品质提升策略 ——以金华—兰溪城际公交快线为例

摘要: 都市圈毗邻城市间高品质、高竞争力的公共交通服务在提升公共交通出行分担率的同时,还 有助于形成重点车站核心区+公交走廊引导的点—轴发展模式,摆脱传统的小汽车依赖的蔓延式增 长路径。以金华—兰溪城际公交快线为例,分析乘客出行特征以及城际公交快线服务与居民需求的 匹配关系,总结现有服务在应对多元需求及车站环境设计中的问题。基于交通方式竞争模型,分析 现状金兰快线与小汽车的竞争力关系,从时耗、费用、速度比三个参数的变化和车站环境设计等维 度给出提升城际公交快线服务品质的具体策略。最后,基于公共交通-土地使用耦合理念,在宏观 层面提出公共交通引导都市圈点—轴发展的思路,微观层面给出重点车站核心区空间设计和交通衔 接的分类引导。

Improving Public Transportation Service Strategies Within Metropolitan Area: Case Study of Jinhua- Lanxi Intercity Rapid Bus Service

Abstract: High- quality and highly competitive public transportation services between adjacent cities within a metropolitan area can increase public transportation mode share as well as help to establish the point-axis development based on the stations inside core area and bus corridors, which in turn can prevent the car-dependent city sprawl growth. Taking Jinhua-Lanxi intercity rapid bus as an example, this paper analyzes the characteristics of passenger travel and the relationship between intercity rapid bus service and residents’ travel demand and summarizes the problems of existing services in meeting multiple needs and stations’ environmental design. Through analyzing the competitive relationship between Jinhua-Lanxi intercity rapid bus and cars using with the travel modes competitive model, the paper proposes the improving strategies in travel time, cost, and speed ratio for the stations design. Based on the concept of public transportation-land use coordination, the paper introduces the point-axis development pattern in metropolitan area guided by public transportation at macro level, and the guidance principles for spatial design and transportation connection in the core area of stations at micro level.
