广州市城市轨道交通网络规划实施评估及建议

摘要: 随着粤港澳大湾区规划建设推进、广佛同城化提速、广州都市圈提质升级,亟须对广州市城 市轨道交通网络规划开展实施评估。回顾广州市城市轨道交通发展历程,与北京、上海以及国外城 市的建设速度、建设思路、客流特征等进行比较分析,研判当前发展阶段和总体建设思路。从支撑 城市空间结构、促进区域协同发展、在综合交通中的地位、客流特征分析、建设时序影响以及网络 结构评估等方面对广州市城市轨道交通网络规划实施开展具体评估,认为现状城市轨道交通网络满 足现阶段城市发展和居民出行需求,并起到引导城市发展作用。最后,从加快都市圈轨道交通建 设、加密中心城区网络、强化衔接线路建设、合理把握建设时序等方面提出下阶段广州市城市轨道 交通建设规划实施建议。

Assessment on the Implementation of Urban Rail Transit Network Planning in Guangzhou

Abstract: With the progressive planning and construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the acceleration of Guangzhou-Foshan integration, and the quality improvement and upgrade of Guangzhou Metropolitan Area, an assessment on the implementation of urban rail transit network planning in Guangzhou is much needed. Based on a review of the urban rail transit development in Guangzhou, this paper identifies the current development stage and overall construction concept through comparing Guangzhou with Beijing, Shanghai, and other international cities in terms of rail transit construction speed, construction scheme, and passengers flow characteristics. An assessment on the implementation of urban rail transit network planning in Guangzhou is conducted from several aspects: urban spatial structure support, regional coordinated development, functionality in comprehensive transportation, passengers flow characteristics, construction scheduling impact, and network structure. The existing urban rail transit network meets current urban development demand and residents' travel demand, and plays a guiding role in urban development. Finally, the paper provides suggestions on the implementation of urban rail transit construction planning in the next stage, including accelerating the construction of rail transit in metropolitan areas, increasing rail transit network density in central urban areas, strengthening the construction of connecting lines, and properly controlling the construction scheduling.
