摘要： 评估城市轨道交通在网络化运营阶段的实施经验和不足，将支撑武汉市国土空间“十四五” 规划和新一轮城市轨道交通建设规划的协同编制，促进轨道交通由高速度建设向高品质发展转变。 基于客流效益、城市空间结构耦合、城市功能引导、一体化综合交通衔接等方面对已运营的城市轨 道交通线网进行评估。在此基础上，总结武汉市城市轨道交通在规划选线、建设实施、综合开发等 方面的实施经验与不足。最后，提出“十四五”城市轨道交通建设优化方向，包括促进都市圈同城 化发展，提升网络运行效率，构筑以车站为核心生活、生产、生态“三生共荣”的城市发展模式。

Implementation Assessment and Development Concept of Urban Rail Transit in Wuhan During the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

Abstract： Assessing the practical experience and deficiencies in the network-based operation of urban rail transit will support the coordinated formulation of Wuhan's 14th Five-Year Plan for land use development and a new round of urban rail transit construction planning, and promote the rail transit development from high-speed construction to high-quality rail transit. Through evaluation of the urban rail transit network in operation based on passengers flow benefits, urban spatial structure coupling, urban functional guidance, and integrated comprehensive transportation connection, this paper summarizes practical experiences and deficiencies of the urban rail transit ofWuhan in terms of routes planning and selection, construction implementation, and comprehensive development. Finally, the optimization goals of urban rail transit construction during the 14th Five-year Plan period are identified, including the promotion of integrated development of metropolitan areas, improvement of the network operation efficiency, and construction of an urban development mode centered with stations and featuring the common prosperity of life, production, and ecology.
