公共汽车出行低密度地区线网优化实践 ——以广州市南沙新区为例

摘要: 选取与地区公共汽车出行特性相适应的线网优化策略是提升公共汽车服务水平的关键。首先 提出公共汽车出行密度的定义,通过对不同城市公共汽车发展数据的统计分析,将2 000人次·km-2·d-1 作为公共汽车低密度地区的量化标准,并总结这类地区的城市交通特征。基于公共汽车出行低密度 地区发展面临的现实困境,提出公共汽车线网优化目标,即提高车均载客量、关注运行效率、提升 服务水平;围绕出行时效性、可达性和服务品质三个层面提出线网优化思路。最后,以广州市南沙 新区为例,从功能层次、线路组织、客流匹配、支线运营、与轨道交通接驳等方面提出公共汽车出 行低密度地区线网优化策略。

Improvement of Bus Transit Network in Areas with Low Bus Travel Density: Case Study of Nansha New Area in Guangzhou

Abstract: Choosing a network optimization strategy that adapts to the bus travel characteristic of an area is crucial to improving the bus service quality. This paper proposes the definition of bus travel density, uses 2,000 bus trips per kilometers per day as a quantitative criteria for areas with a low bus travel density based on statistical analysis of bus data for different cities, and summarizes urban transportation features of such areas. In light of the difficulties experienced in areas with a low bus travel density, the paper proposes bus network improvement goals, which include increasing average passengers capacity, focusing on operation efficiency, and improving level of service. In addition, the paper presents an approach for bus network improvement with respect to timeliness, accessibility, and service quality. Finally, the paper uses Nansha New Area in Guangzhou as an example to present bus network improvement strategies in areas with a low bus travel density in several aspects, such as functional levels, organization of routes, passenger flow matching, operation of branch routes, and connection with rail transit system.
