摘要：结合武汉东湖风景区交通规划，对大型“城中型”风景区交通规划理论和实践进行总结。首先提出大型“城中型”风景区的概念，明确其交通规划思路应包括景区交通特征分析、景区交通发展战略和景区综合交通规划。然后，在对东湖风景区交通现状、主要特征及存在的问题进行分析的基础上，提出构建整体交通体系的组织模式。最后，总结了景区综合交通规划的重点内容，对东湖景区交通需求分析、“外疏内导、公交优先”的交通策略、停车场(库)规划、慢行交通系统的构建、交通控制与管理系统等方面进行探讨。

Transportation Planning for Large In-Town Scenic Districts

Abstract：While preparing a transportation plan for the Donghu Lake Scenic District, Wuhan, this paper initiates a theoretic and practical experiment on transportation planning for large in-town scenic districts. Under the concept of large in-town scenic district, the paper specifies that transportation planning for such an area should include an analysis of traffic characteristics, a transportation development strategy, and a comprehensive transportation plan. Through a review of the existing traffic conditions, specifics, and problems in Donghu Lake Scenic District, the paper presents a framework to build a comprehensive transportation system for the district. Treated as key contents of a comprehensive transportation plan for a scenic district, the paper also discusses issues such as travel demand analysis based on environmental capacity, management for traffic crossing scenic district, connection between tourism transportation and urban transportation, formation of transportation system for scenic district, formation of traffic control and management system within scenic district, and so forth.
