摘要：为了促进北京市轨道交通与土地利用的协调发展，发挥轨道交通车站地区的综合效益，对现状站点地区在规划建设中存在的轨道交通与土地不协调问题进行剖析，借鉴TOD理论及日本、香港相关实践案例的经验，从规划设计的层面，对北京市地铁9号线花乡站地区规划设计实践进行了探讨。提出轨道交通站点地区整体规划设计的思路，并从优化调整周边土地利用、创造为人行服务的交通环境、综合利用地下空间、塑造高品质的站区景观环境4个方面提出具体的规划对策。

Comprehensive Planning and Design Practice of Rail Transit Stations: a case study in Beijing

Abstract：In order to promote coordinated developments between rail transit and land use in Beijing, and to make full use of these developments around rail transit stations, this paper investigates the inconsistencies between transit and land use in existing planning and construction around transit stations. Meanwhile, the paper show cases the planning and design of Huaxiang Station, Line 9 in Beijing, with insights gained from the TOD theory and experiences from Japan and Hong Kong. Then, the paper proposes the idea of comprehensive planning and design around transit rail stations, and makes suggestions from four aspects: adjusting and optimizing land use around stations, creating an environment for walking, utilizing underground spaces comprehensively, and shaping high-quality environment by landscaping within stations.
