路网可靠性评价指标研究综述

摘要:路网可靠性是衡量城市路网性能,特别是在突发事件下交通系统功效的重要指标。依时间线索回顾了路网可靠性的发展历程,在此基础上分析了连通性/终端可靠性、行程时间可靠性和路网容量可靠性三大主要评价指标的特点,并从指标定义及指标评价方面,对比分析了三大指标的联系及区别。围绕研究及应用中的现存问题,对指标评价结果阈值的确定、提高评价指标应用性等方面提出了进一步研究的展望和建议。

A Review of Assessment Measures on Road Network Reliability

Abstract:Road network reliability is an important measure to assess urban road networks, especially the performance of transportation systems under unexpected events. Firstly the process of road network reliability research is reviewed, followed by an analysis of characteristics of the three commonly used assessment measures, i.e., connectivity, travel time, and capacity. Furthermore, relationships and distinctions across the three methods are analyzed from the perspectives of their definitions and measures. In light of existing issues in research and application, this paper envisions and suggests further research areas, such as, assessment index threshold, improving applicability of assessment measures, and so on.
