摘要：巩固和提升区域中心地位是城市不变的目标，但是城市更应注重区域中心应该具有的责任感和使命感。通过对区域中心定位的解读，广州市确立了“共享”的区域交通发展理念。在全面分析了城市面临的机遇和挑战后，通过明确目标、分解任务和保障政策三个方面系统地阐述了广州市的区域交通发展战略规划，用以指导未来城市区域交通基础设施的规划、建设和运营。

Strategic Planning for Guangzhou Sub-area Transportation Development

Abstract：It is a long-lasting goal for a city to strengthen and enhance its central area. However, it makes more sense to emphasize the responsibilities and missions this central area to fulfill. Understanding the significance of this central area, the City of Guangzhou nurtures a concept of sharing-development of transportation across its sub-areas. Based on a thorough analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing the city, this paper elaborates the strategic planning for sub-area transportation development in three respects, namely, objective establishment, task assignment, and policy support. The plan can be thought of as a direction for future construction and operation of sub-area transportation facilities in Guangzhou.
