深圳市智能交通系统建设综述

摘要:伴随着计算机、通信、信息等技术的迅速发展,智能交通系统(ITS)已经成为世界上公认的解决当前日益复杂的交通问题的一种手段。我国许多大城市在解决城市交通问题时,重视并着手进行了ITS建设。从ITS的概念出发,简要介绍了国内外ITS建设的历程及发展趋势。以深圳市为背景,提出ITS建设指导思想与建设目标,以及在此目标下ITS建设需求与用户分析。重点阐述了深圳市ITS建设的体系框架和功能分解,提出适合深圳市ITS建设的“4+1”体系框架、八大任务包以及34个建设子系统。最后总结了ITS相应的实施计划、推进策略与保障措施。

A General Description of Developing the Shenzhen ITS System

Abstract: With the rapid development of technologies in the fields of computer, telecommunications, information, etc., Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) has become one of the approaches known globally  to solving the current traffic problems which become increasingly complicated. While attempting to solve these problems, many big cities in China focus on and start constructing ITS systems. Starting with concepts of ITS system, this paper briefly introduces the process and development trend of ITS systems both at home and abroad, and proposes some guiding principles and goals for ITS system construction for Shenzhen, including construction requirements and a user analysis with respect to these goals. The paper stresses the system framework and functional decomposition of ITS system construction in Shenzhen, and presents a "4+1" system framework, 8 task packages and 34 construction sub-systems. The paper finally summarizes the corresponding implementation plans, promotion tactics and safeguard measures.
