摘要：交叉口是各种交通工具的交汇点，行人在交叉口的违章行为很突出，是诱发交通事故的主要原因之一。为了找出行人违章的行为规律和原因，通过在交叉口观测，对违章行人进行访谈以及对特定对象进行调查问卷，了解行人违章的规律和心理原因，并分析了行人违章的心理活动过程。指出行人违章的主要原因是节约时间、交叉口设计不合理、从众心理、侥幸心理、无人管理等，由于安全需要的优势地位被其他需要取代，客观环境又为行人违章提供了条件，在各种条件的共同作用下，最终产生了违章行为。最后，结合行人违章行为的心理分析结论，提出加强安全教育，改善行人交通设施，加大对违章行人处罚力度三方面措施，减少和预防行人违章行为的发生。

Psychological Research on Pedestrian Violations at Urban Road Intersections

Abstract: Pedestrian traffic violation at intersections is one of the main causes of traffic accidents. In order to find out the patterns and causes for pedestrian violations at intersections, series actions, including field observations, interviews, and questionnaires, were undertaken to collect relevant data in this research. This paper analyzes the psychological process of pedestrians while performing a violation. The paper points out that the main causes of pedestrian violations are saving time motivation, unreasonable intersection design, following others behavior, lucky-me attitude, lack of management and so on. Due to other needs instead of safety considered in intersection design and operation, the physical environment of the intersection provides chances for, and eventually leads to, the occurrence of pedestrian violations. Based on a psychological analysis, the paper proposes three measures for reducing and preventing pedestrian violations. These measures are promoting safety education, improving pedestrian traffic facilities, and enforcing related laws and regulations.
