快速公交系统中途站点优化设计方法研究

摘要:快速公交(BRT)站点是整个系统的瓶颈,决定了BRT的运营能力。因此,BRT站点设计是系统设计的重要组成部分。结合我国城市交通的实际特征,以实现出行者、营运单位、城市交通系统三赢为目标,分析了BRT站点的车辆停靠功能和乘客服务功能,对BRT站点的长度和宽度进行了量化计算,总结了BRT站点换乘衔接设计要素以及行人过街设施设计要求,从而达到为乘客提供高品质客运服务的目的。

Optimal Design of Bus Stops for Rapid Transit Systems

Abstract: Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) stops are bottle-necks, and controls the capacity of the entire BRT systems, therefore, the design of these stops are crucial in the whole design process of the system. According to urban traffic characteristics in China, and to benefit the wellbeing of the public travelers, the operators, and the whole urban transportation system, this paper analyzes the functionalities of BRT stops in terms of providing convenience for vehicle approaching and standing, and providing better services to passengers. The paper introduces means to quantitatively determine the length and width of BRT stops, and summaries critical elements in the design of the transfer system within a BRT stop, as well as requirements for pedestrian crossing facilities.
