日本爱知世博会的交通管理对策

摘要:总结了2005日本爱知世博会的交通组织管理,介绍了世博园的选址与世博交通的供给系统,从客源分析、交通方式分担、路径分配等几个步骤介绍了世博交通需求预测,并将预测结果与实际数据进行了比较分析,最后介绍了ITS技术在世博会中的应用。分析了爱知世博会在交通组织管理方面的成功经验及存在的不足,指出历史数据的积累在交通需求预测中的重要作用,以及制度化的大型交通调查对城市建设决策的支撑作用。本研究可为大型活动期间交通管理对策提供可借鉴的经验,并为我国2010年上海世博会的交通管理提供有益参考。

Traffic Management System of Aichi World Expo 2005 in Japan

Abstract: In this paper, an overall description of traffic management system for 2005 Aichi World Expo in Japan is presented, including Expo site planning and transportation system. The author introduces the travel demand forecast from original demand analysis, modal split and demand assignment. Then the comparison of factual data and forecasting data is provided. Finally ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems) application in the Expo is introduced. Some successful experiences in traffic management are analyzed as well as defects. The study shows that historical data and periodical traffic surveys are very important for traffic forecasting during big events. These analyses are expected to be especially valuable for the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai.
