机非混行道路交通改善方法研究

摘要:目前我国城市中有很多道路是机非混行,其主要问题是安全性差、机非干扰严重、通行效率低。以解决混行交通问题为目的,采用冲突分析的方法,对路段、交叉口的潜在交通问题、交叉口空间划分、交通组织方法等进行了研究。针对混行问题,从机动车、非机动车、公共交通、停车等几个方面提出了基于慢行交通一体化思想的改善方法,并讨论了方法的适用性。实践证明,该方法可以充分保证非机动车的交通安全,并提高路段和交叉口的通行效率,在一定的条件下还可以增加停车供给和绿化面积。该方法较适用于原人行道较宽的一块板和两块板道路的改善设计。

A Study on Improvement of Streets Traveled by Mixed Traffic

Abstract: Nowadays, there exists a high percentage of urban streets in China that provide services to mixed traffic. The problems with these streets include: poor safety, significant conflicts between motor and non-motor traffic, and low operational efficiencies. Aimed at solving problems associated with cross-sections traveled by mixed traffic, this paper utilizes the conflict technique method to deal with issues such as the ones potentially related to street segments and intersections, functional partitioning of intersections, and traffic organization. The paper also discusses the applicability of the method. Practical applications show that the method is useful in improving safety of non-motor traffic, enhancing efficiencies of street segments and intersections, and increasing parking spaces and landscape areas under some circumstances. The method is particularly suitable for divided and non-divided road cross-sections with wide walkways.
