摘要：随着城市化进程的加快，我国各大城市开始大规模兴建地铁，由于地铁施工将对城市交通带来严重的负面影响，如何做好施工期间的交通疏解工作应引起政府及相关专业工作人员的高度重视。结合深圳地铁一期的建设经验，从交通疏解工程的特点出发，提出了地铁施工期间交通疏解工作的思路与方法, 并论述了交通疏解工程项目机构设置要求。

Operative Methods for Traffic Relief during Metro Construction

Abstract: With an increasing pace of urbanization, metro systems have been built in many cities in China. The construction of metro infrastructure imposes serious impacts on urban surface transportation, resulting in traffic congestion in the surrounding areas. So, it is important to take steps to release traffic congestion during metro construction period, and this is an issue that deserves attention from both the government and transportation professionals. Based on construction experiences gained from the initial session of metro construction in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, and according to the characteristics of traffic relief engineering, this paper presents some thoughts and methods that can help in traffic relief operations during metro construction, and discusses the organizational requirements for setting up traffic relief program management offices.
