城市轨道交通建设规模研究

摘要:轨道交通是解决大城市交通问题的有效措施,目前我国许多城市都进行了轨道交通的规划和建设。一个城市轨道交通适宜的发展规模,与这个城市的规模、城市形态、人口密度、经济水平,用地状况等因素有关。国内外关于一个城市轨道交通适宜的规模并没有一定的参考标准。在参考国内外城市轨道交通规模,以及城市经济实力、人口规模的基础上,分析了城市经济水平和人口规模对城市轨道交通的制约条件,提出了在不同经济水平(GDP)条件下,城市轨道交通的规模与人口密度之间的数学关系,为各城市轨道交通规划提供一个可供参考的量化指标。

A Study on Appropriate Size of Urban Rail Transit Systems

Abstract: Developing urban rail transit systems is an effective solution to traffic problems of big cities. The appropriate size of a rail transit system relates to the size, the economic level, and the land-use pat-terns of the city. There have been no domestic and oversea standards for referencing in determining the appropriate size of urban rail transit systems for cities with different sizes. Through a review of char-acteristics of urban rail transit systems, the GDP and population density of many cities in China and abroad, this paper develops a mathematical relation-ship between the appropriate size of an urban rail transit system and the population density of a city, which can be useful for urban rail transit systems planning.
