摘要：CBD区域的交通规划一直是城市交通规划工作中的难点，交通供需矛盾在不同程度上制约着CBD功能的发挥，国内特别是一些大城市CBD区域普遍存在交通系统容量不足、过境交通与CBD交通相互混杂、CBD内部交通系统功能不清等诸多问题。结合重庆江北城CBD交通规划设计，论述了CBD交通规划设计理念，对原交通规划方案存在的一些问题进行分析的同时，突出了交通规划优化方案的可实施性。

Discussion on Transport Planning of Jiangbei Town(CBD) in Chongqing

Abstract: The transport planning of CBD is a nodus in urban area， and the conflict of traffic supply & demand on the different degree re-stricts the function of CBD.There are some problems at CBD in some Chinese megapolis such as shortage of traffic system capacity, transit traffic mixed with internal traffic,interi-or traffic system fuction not clear etc.This pa-per pays more attention to the planning ideas of the CBD traffic and gives prominence to put in practice of CBD traffic planning.
