摘要：以对北京动物园公交枢纽一段时期实际运营情况的考察为基础，从规划思路、位置环境、建筑结构、流线设计、设施配备等几个方面对其进行分析评价。着重指出枢纽内部换乘客流组织、外部车辆流线组织与疏解能力匹配以及客流引导等方面存在的问题。同时，针对枢纽实际运营效果及其对周边交通状况的相关影响进行阐述，提出针对部分现存问题的对策，并结合一体化枢纽设计理念提出类似枢纽的设计原则。

A Design and Interchange Organization Analysis of Beijing Zoo Hub

Abstract: Based on the observation of Beijing Zoo Hub，the paper proposes the analysis and evaluation of plan, location, structure, passenger flow organization and establishment of the hub. Problems of the interchange passenger flow organization, bus organization, capacity matching and passenger guiding are emphasized. Some countermeasures to the current problems are provided. The paper also proposes some integrated principles of similar hub design.
