摘要：随着城市化和机动化的快速发展，城市交通拥堵现象日趋严重。在分析北京市当前城市停车存在问题的基础上，面对未来需求，从规划的角度提出了相应的对策，包括：采用区域差别化的停车策略、合理利用停车设施资源、依托公交枢纽建立停车换乘系统、调整政策、加强管理等。同时，对未来解决新城的停车问题提出了规划建议。

Consideration of the Parking Issues in Beijing

Abstract: As the urbanization and motorization are developing rapidly, the phenomena of the traffic congestion become more and more serious. This article analyzes the problem which exists in nowadays city parking. Facing the future requirement, it sets out some solutions from the view of planning. They include adopting the different parking strategies in different areas, using the resource of parking establishments reasonably, establishing the Park and Ride System which based public transportation hubs, adjusting the policies and intensifying the management. Meanwhile, this article advances the planning suggestions to solve the parking issues of new towns in Beijing in the future.
